key responsibilities

  • Support critical decision making in the business on buy readiness in collaboration with global quality and will be accountable for supporting scaling of innovation within the business
  • Support the research and make function to support the business and product design/development in an agile way in creating pinnacle product moments for the brand
  • Lead a team who support enabling technical credibility and messaging to be expanded in the product, services and experiences we deliver as a brand
  • Central hub of management, operations, and thought partnership in mobilizing a diverse team to bring ideas into valuable, commercially viable, holistically considered innovation concepts to life
  • Bridges across support in high-level management of the innovation portfolio, through to supporting the details required for a concept to be true; they are instrumental in the success of a Product Innovation team
  • Lead and develop team members
  • Manage human insights, applied scientific research, make, and raw material creation through a wide array of techniques
  • Deliver understandable, translatable, and immersive evaluations of products and technologies supporting the business in strategic decision making
  • Communicate expertise through analytical methods in exploring how guests interact with products in relevant environments leading to a prolific output of potential value propositions for our guests
  • Determine how and where to scale innovation and be accountable to maintaining the integrity and intention of those innovations
  • Scaling innovation in the business and maintaining technical credibility and intention
qualification
  • 5-10 years\' experience influencing product creation, business \'thinking\' and unlocking new knowledge
  • Proven entrepreneurial leader and have a strong ability to engage and build relationships internally and externally
  • Applied solutions to influence the generation of scientific insights and have an obsession for health and sport
  • Able to work with depth and breadth across multiple, complex and simultaneous cross-functional projects
  • You have strong awareness of commercial business needs and are proven in working to tight timelines
