The Digital HR Lead is responsible for leading the digital EEC team with a dedicated focus on developing a digitized view of the HR function. The Digital HR Lead is responsible for providing guidance, people management, and escalated support to Knowledge & Service Management Specialists, Digital HR Specialists, and Reporting & Analytics Specialists.

How You\'ll Add Value:

  • Lead and provide strategic oversight to the team responsible for service delivery improvements and digital activation of HR, including but not limited to adoption and of HR\'s digital services, HR analytics and insights, and innovation in HR technology
  • Continuously sense the external market looking for opportunities to improve HR\'s services and capabilities through digital activation, innovation, and employee experience
  • Forecast and oversee EEC operational performance, metrics and analytics, working with EEC and HR leadership when necessary
  • Manage team, creating a collaborative atmosphere, providing guidance, training and motivation as necessary to develop staff
  • Monitor team performance against expectations; tracking individual and team performance metrics
  • Support Digital HR Specialists in providing systems and technical support to the EEC, resolving issues, completing back-office technical / systems administration, and managing the security of EEC systems
  • Support Knowledge & Service Management Specialists in managing EEC content, monitoring ongoing continuous improvement initiatives, providing quality monitoring, and administering service change requests
  • Support Reporting & Analytics Specialists in managing available HR Reports and ad-hoc reporting requests
About You:
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience managing digital capabilities
  • Post-secondary degree in related field
  • Experience managing operational HR teams
  • Deep knowledge and awareness of HR Services and HR technology business drivers
  • Ability to translate HR strategy into actionable plans and results; strong project management, planning and organizational skills
  • Experience in HRIS systems and service management
  • Strong internal consulting skills, with ability to influence change
  • Strong business-specific knowledge coupled with strong leadership, project management and analytical skills
  • Strong ability to monitor progress against operational targets, adjusting team behaviour as required
  • Strong internal network, providing direct reports with access to leading operational practices
  • Working knowledge of HR systems is beneficial, particularly SAP and SuccessFactors
