Job Description


Kognitiv is seeking a results-driven and experienced Senior Manager, Demand Generation to lead our demand generation strategy and drive revenue growth through digital marketing channels. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our marketing efforts, leveraging your expertise in growth marketing & demand generation to accelerate our customer acquisition and engagement efforts. The successful candidate will have experience in startup/scaleup environments, and will create, execute, manage and evaluate marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, product awareness, and demand generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the implementation of demand generation strategies for the B2B target market, based on a deep understanding of ideal customer profiles and the tactics and messages that reach them. This includes:
  • Channel selection, messaging and content, key words to reach target market
  • Budget management and how best to maximize the lead generation spend
  • Detailed content calendar that includes channels, and projections for approximate costs, cost per click, cost per conversion.
  • Develop and execute innovative, multi-channel, multi-touch campaigns that generate MQLs and build enough sales pipeline to exceed revenue targets.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure the success of demand generation initiatives; adjust strategies as needed to optimize campaign performance and achieve targets.
  • Monitor SEO rankings; identify and implement improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales team to ensure smooth and in-depth follow-up on created leads, seeking out feedback to understand what\xe2\x80\x99s working best, and what needs to change
  • Collaborate with marketing team, design team, content creators, product team and more to ideate and execute compelling campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating them into demand generation strategies to gain a competitive advantage.
  • Foster a data-driven culture that continually highlights successes and opportunities to improve through tailored reports and dashboards.
Background Experience & Skills
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 in growth marketing/demand generation at a B2B SaaS or B2B technology company.
  • Proven experience in growth marketing, demand generation and/or lead generation in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • Understands B2B SaaS marketing funnel metrics and methods.
  • In-depth knowledge of demand generation strategies and tools, including digital advertising, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Demonstrated results generating leads and revenue in the B2B space.
  • Expertise in paid social (LinkedIn) and paid search (Google) campaigns.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with experience measuring and reporting on campaign performance, acquisition costs, etc.
  • Excellent writer and creative content creator, able to craft strategic, compelling marketing copy based on target industries and markets.
  • Resourceful, strategic and results-driven \xe2\x80\x93 able to create channel strategies based on marketing objectives and available resources.
  • Strong collaborator and project manager who sets clear roles, accountabilities and timelines, and ensures all stakeholders remain informed.
