Discover how we do that here: .Here\xe2\x80\x99s how you will contribute to the success of the company:The Senior Manager, Demand Generation is a founding member of the Demand Gen team, responsible to establish the function and work on the strategy, development and execution of programs that drive pipeline generation to meet company targets across all verticals.As an expert in all aspects of Demand Gen and Digital Marketing, this role will define and implement best practices, develop campaigns and manage budget to ensure successful business outcomes. This position interfaces directly with Marketing, Sales and Product teams to develop integrated omni-channel campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels including digital advertising, paid media, webinars and virtual events, email marketing automation and others.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establish and lead the demand generation/campaigns function at Sherweb, including development and execution of strategy by GTM to drive market awareness, educate and capture interest and ultimately build pipeline.
  • Lead the demand gen team, including paid media, campaigns and events/field marketing.
  • Launch and lead implementation of ABM program at Sherweb.
  • Work with RevOps and PMMs to forecast, measure, analyze and report the impact of demand generation campaigns on MQL, SQL, pipeline, revenue and sales cycle length; Leverage quantitative skills to interpret data and gain insights that then translate into actionable changes.
  • Define lead quality, optimize marketing process (such as Sales/MKT SLA and lead hand-off) to meet/exceed goals.
  • Balance lead volume and quality to achieve return on Marketing Spend and meet budget.
  • Execute and optimize paid media strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Form a tight partnership with Sales to meet/exceed sales goals.
  • Act as a key stakeholder and partner with operations teams to identify where sales and marketing technologies present an opportunity to increase effectiveness.
  • Leverage social media to enhance campaign results and increase visibility.
  • Manage email campaign execution to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaign execution and tracking.
Expectations of a Senior Manager, Demand Generation:You are a senior professional that thrives with autonomy and are looking to leverage your experience to build a new demand gen function/team.
  • Experience level: You are expected to have broad mastery of demand generation with a healthy foundation of experience covering all the major B2B channels, plus some niche ones.
  • Mentorship and best practices: You are expected to manage and act as a mentor to the team and bring best practices to the table to level up the overall function/team.
  • Responsibility scope: Responsible for overall Demand Gen function at Sherweb with accountability for GTM and campaign performance. This player-coach role is responsible for strategy, people management and execution.
  • Decision-making authority: You will have greater decision-making authority, leading your function.
  • Autonomy/supervision: You are to work independently and lead projects with little-to-no supervision, high levels of independence, and minimal support needed. You would be expected to manage relationships, manage up, and generate/leverage political influence to unblock projects and initiatives with less frequent need for escalations.
Here\'s what you need to have and master to get the jobQualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Senior Demand Gen Marketing role, ideally for a B2B tech company (with 10+ years\' work experience).
  • 3+ years of management experience, including experience managing junior ICs, senior ICs and people managers.
  • Proven and demonstrated experience with ABM, including launching the ABM program within a business.
  • Direct experience or experience managing field marketing, events and paid media/advertising.
  • Highly proficient in evaluating demand channels\xe2\x80\x99 performance through quantitative analysis to determine appropriate changes in the marketing mix.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined and able to effectively manage workload with minimal supervision.
