Job Title: Senior Demand Generation Manager

About the Company: We\'re partnered with a FinTech startup that supports SMB\'s with financial literacy, accounts, & money management. They are looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to join their team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan and launch acquisition campaigns through various channels.
- Develop a strategy for attracting and converting partners.
- Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to improve lead quality and revenue.
- Set and manage targets for lead quality.
- Experiment with new marketing channels.
- Build strong partner relationships for sustainable growth.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with 4+ in growth marketing.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with online and offline marketing.
- Skilled in testing and optimizing campaigns.
- Strong data skills.
- Familiar with marketing tech tools.
- Proficient in current digital marketing strategies.
- Effective in conducting experiments and optimizing campaigns.
- Based in Toronto or GTA (two days a week in the office).
