On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.

35%. The organization is founded by one of Canada\'s best capital investors who has successfully expanded their company portfolio to now own more than 800 software vendors.

About the role: Marketing & Demand Generation Manager
This role offers a fantastic greenfield opportunity for someone to come in as the first marketer in a division and own the creation, execution, and growth of the marketing and demand generation engine with the goal of building a team for them to oversee.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company\'s overall business objectives to drive new account acquisition and increase market share
  • Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive demand by using various tactics including ABM, email marketing, content marketing, webinars, and social media
  • Work closely and support a team of 8 Enterprise Account Executives focused on acquisition
  • Build a funnel of high-quality leads and increase online engagement with potential customers
  • Create interesting and compelling content that addresses the pain points and needs of the targeted audience
  • Work with external vendors and partners to manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, PPC advertising, and other online strategies to enhance the company\'s online visibility
  • Leverage internal tech stack to create effective reporting systems for marketing efforts to be measured and tracked effectively
  • Analyze campaign performance to make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance and ROI
  • Note: this role is a hybrid role that will require you to work out of an office in downtown Toronto 2x per week

  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience
  • You demonstrate strong leadership potential

  • You\'re a numbers-driven person and use data and metrics to optimize and improve marketing efforts
