Our client, a well-known Healthcare Retailer, has a requirement for a Senior Manager/Chief of Staff in Mississauga, ON, to support with driving and maintaining special projects across their business units. This role will work cross-functionally, working with business leaders to drive strategic initiatives.

\xe2\x9e\xa2 Hybrid: 3-days onsite (Mississauga, ON)

What you will be doing:

• Lead the business unit\'s strategic initiative management process; which includes oversight and stakeholder management for all major strategic and operational initiatives
• Multiyear planning for the business unit
• Advise, coach, and support initiative leads on preparation for Executive updates
• Consult with strategy counterparts in other business units to align on enterprise planning, strategy development, resource needs, and benefits realization
• Lead monthly SOP meetings with the Leadership team
• Support strategic Executive and Board updates/meetings within the business unit and across the enterprise
• Work closely with counterparts in Finance, HR, Clinical, Operations, and IT on planning
• Continuous analysis including market trends, regulatory shifts, competitor analysis, and opportunities for innovation
• Support the Strategy team in other ad-hoc initiatives as required

• At least 5 years professional experience in corporate strategy/management consulting or similar
• Bachelor\'s degree required
• MBA or related master\'s degree an asset
• Experience in retail or healthcare is an asset
• Excellent financial management/modelling and analytical skills with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative research/insights
• Excellent organizational, project management, analytical, and presentation skills necessary
• Proven background in advising, influencing, and facilitating Executive-level stakeholders
• Proven ability to transform large strategic goals into short and mid-term objectives and tactics
• Experience in planning and supporting healthcare strategy is an asset
