Job Description
On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.
Our client is a global M&A company who provides capital, strategic guidance, and operational support to the companies in their portfolio. They work closely with management teams to help them achieve their growth objectives.
Position: Chief of Staff
- Remote/In Office: Hybrid (in office 1 - 2 days/week)
- This person will be responsible for supporting a Senior Portfolio Leader who leads multiple businesses
- Identify business opportunities, execute strategic roadmaps, and drive growth initiatives for the business
- Provide operational support, and assist in developing effective action plans to implement
- Lead initiatives and special projects
- Financial Modelling
- Support M&A activities: including evaluating contracts, financial and operational analysis
- After 3 years, they can transition into an active leadership role within the portfolio
- 2+ years of experience with a management consulting firm, private equity, or investment banking environments
- Essential to possess analytical and curious traits
- This person is known for their collaborative nature and ability to work with internal teams to achieve positive outcomes effectively
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Experience using Excel, along with financial modelling experience
- On target earnings of $150-160k+
