We are ready to take this game to the next level and need a passionate Senior Manager - Brand Experience & Marketing to lead the strategic development of large-scale enterprise-wide brand initiatives of similar complexity. As required, may act as a primary contact for specific channel / product. Accountable to identify, evaluate, recommend, and implement marketing brand strategies and programs that maximize play consideration, drive player activation/conversation and achieve OLG's performance growth objectives (including revenue attribution back to LoB and Products).

YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME

Reporting to the Director Enterprise Brand Experience & Marketing, you will be empowered to:

Be accountable for brand strategy and execution of high impact and highly visible enterprise-wide OLG brand marketing programs.

Help inform brand positioning and growth strategies for OLG Masterbrand (and product-brands where required) in the marketplace to differentiate versus competitors

Develop programming that drives OLG brand experience, differentiation and equity-building marketing strategies to amplify digital acquisition efforts and drive sustainable business growth.

Focus on enterprise marketing partnerships and sponsorships strategies for OLG Masterbrand in partnership with Commercial Marketing Partnerships Team. Specific focus on Sports properties and OLG Masterbrand programming against them.

Help inform brand and program KPIs to ensure the evaluation of brand performance to identify areas of improvement that can be addressed

Lead cross-functional team resources for all assigned brand initiatives, driving team cohesion, agility, and performance - efficiently and effectively optimized with a spirit of continuous improvement.

Guide research teams to develop the right research programs to evaluate brand and marketing effectiveness and prepare actionable recommendations for improvement based on research insight.

Support Director with brand transformation in lock step with the digital transformation, driving consistent brand experience across transactional platforms, integrated branded content & media to increase traffic, brand engagement, and customer experience.

Act as SME and work collaboratively across the enterprise within the hub-and-spoke model to drive a cohesive brand and marketing strategy for the enterprise.

Collaborate with LoB's to ensure that brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition is consistent across the product and service ecosystem.

Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure that all project milestones are met, timely status updates are provided to internal and external stakeholders and corrective action is taken for all identified risks and issues.

WHAT YOU NEED TO PLAY

Work Experience: 5-7 years of experience in consumer marketing - product and/or brand marketing; marketing plan development, execution, and post-analysis; testing, and evaluating. Experience in sponsorship/partnership (sports experience preferred) programming strategy and execution at brand or product level.

Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing/business management. MBA is preferred.

CROSS FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

Internal: Forge strong, constructive, and collaborative partnerships with all lines-of-business and other marketing functions across the enterprise (Sports, Casino, Lottery, Community Sponsorships, PlaySmart) and external operators (LBG, HR, cGaming) as required to drive integrated marketing strategies and initiatives to maximum ROI. Work with and actively consult internal stakeholders and other functions including Strategy, Legal, Compliance, PR, GR to ensure plans and initiatives align and support enterprise strategies within are within acceptable risk-tolerances

External: Work with external agencies and vendors including Strategy, Media, Advertising, Promotional, Technology, and Research, to drive strategy to execution and to solicit expert advice and consultation. Build strong relationships with affiliated external brand partners (e.g., MLSE, MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL) to ensure delivery against obligations and to promote win-win marketing partnerships
