Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Food Service Professional who specializes in Middle Easter Cuisine to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, service, and safety within our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Duties

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to food safety standards. Prepare and cook a variety of meals, utilizing advanced cooking techniques and presentation skills. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking methods, and proper food handling practices. Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain cleanliness in all food service areas. Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and enhance existing offerings based on seasonal ingredients and customer feedback. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked at all times. Provide excellent customer service by interacting with guests, taking feedback, and ensuring satisfaction with their dining experience.

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and serving within a restaurant or similar environment. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills for collaborating with team members and engaging with customers. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
