As a Senior Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our dishes while mentoring junior kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to our restaurant's standards and recipes. Oversee food handling and preparation processes to ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Assist in the training and development of junior cooks, providing guidance on cooking techniques and kitchen operations. Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus, ensuring timely meal preparation during service hours. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, assisting with ordering as needed. Help create an efficient workflow in the kitchen to maximize productivity during peak hours.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the restaurant or food service industry. Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team. Passion for cooking and creating exceptional dining experiences for guests. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
