Are you passionate about digital content and the world of beverage alcohol? Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Content, you will play a vital role in the development, testing and deployment of content strategies in Adobe Experience Manager and eCommerce platforms, providing high quality website management and digital content experiences for users. Working closely with content publishers, internal business clients, developers, system administrators, project managers, business analysts and end users to enhance, build and implement functional content publishing solutions to meet business needs.

About the Role

  • Provide expert leadership for content publishing best practices for various organization websites.
  • Coordinate, schedule and publish promotional campaigns including content and creative asses, in LCBO digital channels through AEM, Magento ecommerce platform and mobile app CMS, ensuring all content complies with AODA standards.
  • Author and publish content in accordance with the client, team workflows and brand guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities to improve site structure and ensuring positive user experiences.
  • Work in liaison with the team on project scopes, timelines, and delivery.
  • Ensure content is SEO-driven and error-free before going live on site.
  • Organize and assist in \xe2\x80\x9cbringing together\xe2\x80\x9d the suite of Adobe Cloud Marketing offerings (Sites, Assets, Analytics, Forms, Campaign, Target, Magento, etc.).
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve content publishing operations and workflows.
  • Plan and perform analysis of content management activities and/or functions and guides the subsequent design and implementation or improvement of existing AEM applications.
  • Provide oversight and direction to the team to ensure strategic alignment, priorities, processes, and timelines are met.
  • Lead and train staff, ensuring effective teamwork, high standards of work quality and organizational performance.
About You
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Marketing or Communications related field or equivalent industry training.
  • Experience with authoring, editing, and presenting technical documents.
  • Experience working closely with content authoring teams to setup and assemble AEM Sites and DAM.
  • 3+ years of working experience coordinating and publishing digital content and assets for a large consumer retailer or web site using Adobe Experience Manager CMS and eCommerce platforms.
  • AEM 6.5 experience is preferred.
  • 5+ years of full lifecycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies.
  • 3+ years of experience in tactical deployment or re-launch of WCM applications.
  • Experience with WCAG 2.0 AA guidelines.
  • Experience in leading, motivating, and managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment with multiple stakeholders at different levels.
  • Expert Certification in Adobe Experience Manager (Business Practitioner, Developer).
  • General understanding of the overall Application Architecture, including Author, Publisher, Dispatcher, Load Balancing, CDN and other security layers.
  • Ability to lead functional discussions and scoping decisions based on best practices for implementing the AEM application and proven knowledge of AEM out-of-the-box features and latest functions.
  • Ability to understand content migration needs and to define and execute content migration plans.
  • High degree of knowledge of AODA requirements and experience working with accessibility software to ensure digital content and user experience complies with standards.
