Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager, the IT Infrastructure Senior Analyst is responsible for implementing, supporting and delivering IT infrastructure and services to the organization, key business groups and customers.

As an IT Infrastructure Senior Analyst at Graham you will:

  • Provide escalated support in cooperation with all IT teams, in support of the entire business and users.
  • Monitor, manage and maintain IT Infrastructure and services.
  • Collaborate effectively with all IT Teams to continuously drive technical and process improvements and efficiencies for the organization.
  • Update status of current projects including issues, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Ensure effective documentation and knowledge sharing across all IT teams for current and new solutions.
  • Follow data center standards and processes as well as ensure a security mindset.
  • Effectively communicate both technical as well as non-technical solutions, process, and results.
  • Drive innovation, aligning to the overall strategy of the IT teams, to improve the overall operations and effectiveness of Graham.
  • Manage on premise and Cloud infrastructures in a Hybrid Environment
  • Perform network, system or application installations when required
  • Reacts quickly to system outages, responsible to bring services back online in a timely manner.
  • To be successful at Graham, you will have the following qualifications and experience:
  • Completion of a post-secondary IT degree or diploma program (preferred); different combinations of education and experience will also be considered.
  • 7 years minimum of progressive IT experience, across multiple technologies and services, in a mid to large size corporate environment.
  • Experience in hybrid infrastructure environments
Strong technical skills in the following areas:

Required:
  • Microsoft Windows Server Environments
  • Microsoft O365 Management and Administration
  • Microsoft Active Directory/Azure Active Directory Management
  • Microsoft Exchange Hybrid Environment Support/Administration
  • Cloud Administration and Migration (Azure Preferred)
  • Virtualization Management, Troubleshooting and Support (VMWare Preferred)
  • Data Storage Management Backup in a Data Center environment
  • Active Directory Federated Services Support
  • IT Security Understanding and Support.
Preferred Asset:
  • Mobile Device Management Administration/Deployment
  • PowerShell Scripting
  • Networking Understanding and Administration for LAN, WAN, wi-fi.
  • Remote Access Solution Support (Direct Access, VPN, AutoVPN)
  • Hyper-Converged Infrastructure Experience
  • Microsoft SharePoint Administration and support.
  • SCCM Administration
  • Skype for Business Administration and Support including VOIP Experience.
  • DellEMC Data Center, backup and storage hardware.
  • Fortinet Network Experience
  • Azure and Office 365 Advanced Features
