Role

We're seeking an elite Senior Influencer Strategist to lead end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns for our clients. This is a strategic, client-facing role requiring deep influencer marketing expertise and exceptional communication skills.

What you'll do

Strategic Leadership:

Develop comprehensive influencer marketing strategies tailored to client objectives

Campaign Management:

Oversee the complete campaign lifecycle from brief to results analysis

Client Relations:

Serve as primary strategic contact for US-based clients

Team Collaboration:

Work with sourcing teams and project managers to execute campaigns

Performance Focus:

Ensure campaigns deliver measurable results and ROI

Influencer Selection:

Guide influencer vetting and selection process (supported by sourcing team)

Content Strategy:

Define content approaches that align with brand objectives and convert

What we're looking for

Experience: 4+ years in influencer marketing strategy (agency background preferred) Expertise: Deep understanding of influencer marketing performance metrics and best practices Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for US client interactions Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop comprehensive marketing strategies from client briefs Results-Oriented: Proven track record of delivering successful influencer campaigns Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of D2C/B2C brand marketing (B2B experience welcome)

What We're Looking For

Someone who gets it. An influencer marketing expert who can think strategically about brand fit, content performance, and campaign optimization. You should be able to immediately assess whether an influencer aligns with a brand and recommend content strategies that drive results.
