About the Role

ESW Building Services Inc. is looking for an

experienced and dependable Senior Handyman

to join our team. We're seeking someone with strong multi-trade skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to take charge on-site.

repairs, maintenance, and renovations

What You'll Do

Perform and oversee general maintenance, repairs, and installations (including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting). Conduct property inspections, identify deficiencies, and recommend solutions. Manage tools, materials, and maintain a clean, organized job site. Lead small teams or assist trades as needed to complete projects on schedule. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, team members, and supervisors. Ensure all work is done safely and meets ESW's high standards for quality.

What You Bring

8+ years

of proven experience in maintenance, repairs, or renovation work. Strong knowledge across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, etc.). Ability to troubleshoot, work independently, and lead by example. Reliable, professional, and committed to doing the job right the first time.

Valid driver's license

and reliable vehicle required (travel to various job sites).
