Job Description

We're assembling a small, dependable crew for

overnight commercial renovation projects

across Canada.

The work is hands-on and varied -- from general repairs and fixture installs to light demolition, carpentry, drywall patching, and

occasional concrete cutting or coring

.

We're looking for people who know how to get things done the right way -- individuals who take pride in their work, use common sense on site, and can adapt quickly when situations change.

You'll be trusted to represent our company with professionalism and competence while working alongside other skilled trades and site leads.

What We're Looking For

Strong work ethic

-- punctual, dependable, and takes initiative

Experience

in construction, renovation, or facility maintenance Comfortable with

light concrete work

(cutting, patching, or mixing as needed)

Problem-solver

who can think on their feet and execute without constant supervision Able to

follow direction

and contribute to a team-oriented jobsite

Own vehicle and valid driver's license

(required)

Basic tools

(preferred but not mandatory) Willing to work

overnight shifts

and occasionally travel for out-of-town projects Safety-conscious, level-headed, and professional in conduct

Ideal Roles

We're looking to fill:

Lead Hand / Senior Handyman

-- someone confident with tools, materials, and light concrete or carpentry work; can guide others and handle small-site coordination.

General Labourers / Assistants

-- reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn; supports the team with general labour and site prep.
