We are seeking an experienced

Commercial Property Maintenance Technician / Handyman / Renovator

to join our team. The ideal candidate is dependable, technically skilled, and takes pride in quality workmanship across multiple trades.

Responsibilities



Perform

general maintenance, repairs, and renovations

on commercial buildings and facilities.o Handle

carpentry, drywall repair, flooring, painting, tiling, caulking,

and

minor plumbing or electrical

work as required. Conduct

routine building inspections

and respond promptly to service requests or tenant maintenance needs.
- Physically identify and correct unsafe or untidy conditions in or around the buildings or grounds

Assist with

commercial renovation projects

such as unit fit-outs to include steel stud framing, hollow metal doors, acoustic ceilings , general repairs, flooring replacement, and finishing work. Maintain and repair doors, hardware, lighting fixtures, washrooms, ceiling tiles, and other building components. Work safely and efficiently in active commercial environments.o Communicate professionally with owner, tenants, and third party contractors to schedule the contracted service work neededo Keep accurate records of completed work and materials used.

Qualifications



Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in commercial property maintenance, facility repair, or general contracting. Knowledge of

building systems

and commercial materials.o Ability to complete a wide variety of

hands-on repairs

independently and to a professional standard. Understanding of

health and safety

practices and compliance in commercial environments. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management. Valid

driver's license with a clean drivers abstract for CVOR requirements

and a police check required

EXTERIOR MAINTENANCE



WINTER Snow Removal

with Truck or Tractor and high volume truck salting equipment- proven experience is required

Perform in the winter months to salt entryways, shovel ramps; must be able to lift 50lbs.

- Certification or training in construction trades is a plus

Proficient knowledge of the use and operation of hand tools, power tools, can operate machinery and loading equipment ie. dump trailers, flat deck trailers etc.

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
