Senior Handyman

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance, repairs, and renovations across residential and commercial properties. This hands-on role requires a professional who can lead by example, troubleshoot effectively, and ensure all work meets our company's high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform and oversee general maintenance, repairs, and installations, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and other trades. Conduct property inspections and identify required improvements. Manage tools, materials, and maintain organized job sites. Communicate effectively with clients and team members. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in maintenance, repair, or renovation roles. Strong multi-trade skills with high attention to detail. Proven ability to work independently and lead small teams when needed. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.

Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour
