About the Role

ESW Building Services Inc. is expanding our team and seeking a

dedicated anf experienced Handyman

to support our projects and facility operations. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone with a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a desire to learn new skills. You'll help ensure our projects run smoothly while gaining valuable experience in construction and maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities

Perform minor repairs and maintenance (plumbing, drywall, painting, furniture assembly) Assist with larger construction and renovation projects (demolition, framing, finishing) Maintain tools and equipment in good working order Clean and prepare job sites, including debris removal Load and unload materials and supplies Support team members and contractors as needed

Requirements

Previous labor-intensive experience is a plus but not required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is an asset Ability to follow directions and adhere to safety standards
