Senior Handyman

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance, repairs, and renovations across residential and commercial properties. This role requires a hands-on professional who can lead by example, troubleshoot effectively, and ensure all work meets our company's high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform and oversee general maintenance, repairs, and installations (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.) Conduct property inspections and identify required improvements Manage tools, materials, and job site organization Communicate effectively with clients and team members Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards

Qualifications

8+ years of experience

in maintenance, repair, or renovation roles Strong multi-trade skills and attention to detail Proven ability to work independently and lead small teams when needed Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
