Fortelli Salon & Spa located in Mississauga is looking to hire a full-time experienced Senior Hairstylist specializing in colour, cutting, styling and/or extensions to join our Fortelli Team! We are a top leading Davines salon looking for a creative, passionate stylist who thrives in fast paced environments and has a passion for hair and providing exceptional customer service.

What we are looking for:

Professionally licensed advanced stylist Minimum 3+ years experience An individual who takes initiative to further their education in hair styling and keeps on top of fashion trends and hairstyles A hard working, punctual, goal-driven person who takes initiative, and appreciates constructive feedback A passionate and detail-oriented individual who respects their own work space as an individual as well as shared spaces as a dynamic team player A friendly, positive, outgoing professional who thrives in a fast paced environment and continuously seeks opportunities to learn and grow in their field of expertise Can upsell salon products and services to clients Maintains cleanliness and sanitizes workstations and tools Communicates effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences Provides excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction Drives retail sales by recommending appropriate products for at-home hair care
Applicants MUST have:

Professional Licensed Hairstylist Minimum 3+ years experience Outstanding customer service skills The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Understanding of social media platforms
