Job Description


The Senior Financial Operations Analyst is responsible to review, analyze, and interpret financial, income tax, and production information records and documents from different types of entities and organizational structures for the purposes of adjudicating income stabilization claim, coordinates LPI audits, delivers AgriRecovery responses and participate in workflows relating to other AFSC programs/products as required.

What will you be responsible for?

Provide input into national policy, program design and implementation. Provide technical and policy expertise to AFSC staff, clients and authorized representatives. Identify and evaluate complex, expertise-led solutions against a range of criteria to make recommendations and implement solutions with respect to Income Stabilization claims. Review and provide input on Policy & Procedures Manual, Technical Information Circulars, Interpretation Bulletins and Program Guides. Identifying program, policy and/or processing weaknesses providing feedback to management with recommendations for improvement. Audit, review, and update of system requirements and documentation. Ensure systems are built and parameters and procedures are set such that claims are processed on a timely basis with an appropriate level of due diligence within corporate risk tolerances. Technical expertise in Financial Analysis, accounting practices, income tax statutes and auditing techniques and procedures. Qualifications:

University Degree with Accounting Designation 6 years of related experience
