Reporting to the Manager of Financial Reporting and Accounting, the Senior Financial Analyst - Management Reporting is responsible for preparing management reports for the senior management and initiating and conducting in-depth analysis of the company\'s key performance indicators (\xe2\x80\x9cKPIs\xe2\x80\x9d) and financial metrics to support business decisions and ongoing monitoring of performance. In this role, you will drive the enhancement, evolution and optimization of the company\'s management reporting, including the continued implementation of automated reporting tools and the development of drivers-based reporting and analysis. This role includes ownership of and generating the monthly financial scorecard and other reports, including presentation for the Board of Directors.In order to achieve success in this role, you should have strong analytical skills and a strong aptitude in producing financial reports and interpreting financial results, as well as experience with using an ERP system and planning and reporting software.
