About the Company
Our client is an insurance company. They are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A, who will be responsible for the expense management and budgeting procedures within the Finance department.

- Leads the preparation of quarterly and annual expense reports, including the quarterly and annual earnings package.
- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing variances on KPIs.
- Provides analysis on actuals vs. plan for expense reports and communicates results with cost center owners.
- Takes ownership of migrating legacy reports to the new reporting tool SAP Analysis for Office.
- Leads in the development and completion of the annual budget, including presentation decks to the company Board of Directors and parent company.
- Drives continuous improvements and automations in processes and reporting, proactively identifying opportunities for enhancements.
- Provides support to Accounts Payable to assist with coding expenditures.
- CPA designation or close to completion
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in FP&A roles.
- Previous experience with SAP and Analysis for Office
- Previous experience within an insurance company or financial institution is an asset.
$90,000 - $95,000/year
