:

The Senior Financial Analyst will lead the business & sales planning, GP analysis, investment prioritization, product lifecycle management and decision support. This role will require engaging with business partners using data and analytics to influence and shape business decisions.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Provide financial support to the Business unit
• Provide accurate, timely, insightful and meaningful financial analysis to stakeholders helping to identify risks & opportunities, understand & manage P&L variances and managing product lifecycle activities
• Active participant and Business partner in Supply Chain\'s S&OP process including forecasting, SLOB, capital and inventory efficiencies
• Develop strong business partnerships with cross functional areas including Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs and Supply Chain to support the business and deliver financial commitments and execution of business strategies
• Collaborate on month end closing and include input on business specific reserve and capital budgeting
• Ensure GAAP and SOX compliance is being met
• Lead special projects and continuous finance initiatives, ad hoc analysis and performance insights

• University Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
• CPA designated or enrolled in CPA program
• 4 years of experience in accounting, finance and business partnering
• Proven ability to work with all management levels including VP
• Advanced Excel skills
• SAP and Power BI, Power Query or HFM an asset
• Experience with applying strong finance, accounting and compliance knowledge to influence business decisions and process improvements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organization skills and able to work in a fast paced environmen
