Job Description

The main mandate of the position will be to meet with the various clients to understand their needs.

We are looking for an e-commerce functional analyst with a strong background in e-commerce who can gather the essential information to properly document the User Stories.

This position will be responsible for the functional and technical analysis of airtransat.com, transat.com, and the AirTransat mobile application. The incumbent must be autonomous and able to work on several files at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and needs leading to the prioritization, recommendation and implementation of solutions in line with the company\'s architecture and security orientations;
• Actively collaborate with the development team on deliverables;
• Plan, prioritize, and structure upcoming development iterations;
• Define and document new features in the form of user stories;
• Propose, design and validate solutions based on business needs;
• Participate in the development of test scenarios for implemented solutions;
• Coordinate the development team and/or supplier team when implementing solutions;
• Work closely with the entire scrum team up to delivery;
• Ensure that asset management (materials and software) meets ITIL V3 and Agile standards.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in IT
• Minimum of eight years of IT experience
• Strong autonomy and resourcefulness
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Kanban methodologies (mandatory)
• Knowledge of digital technologies
• Expertise in techniques used to document business needs as user stories
• Knowledge of the travel industry (an asset)
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent customer-oriented approach
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills (English and French)
• Fluency in spoken and written English and French
