Job Description


The Senior Director of Talent Excellence provides leadership and support to implement a cohesive culture offering based on talent engagement, development, and productivity strategies for BenchSci. You will report to the Chief People Officer and oversee multiple functions, including Talent Development, Total Rewards, Talent Mobility and Internal Systems & Facilities.

You Will

  • Guide programs that improve employee development and foster engagement, inclusivity and belonging across our global community
  • Oversee global projects in Total Rewards, Talent Mobility, Talent Development, and Internal Systems & Facilities
  • Lead and embed our DEI and belonging efforts across all streams
  • Promote employee engagement projects in collaboration with stakeholders and members of the People & Culture team
  • Oversee the attrition score and collaborate with business leaders and the People team to develop action plans based on the results
  • Create strategic engagement and development programs that are employee-centric and lead to growth and productivity
  • Fine-tune existing systems to help BenchSci to scale globally
You Have
  • 10 years experience in Human Resources, including 5 years working as a people manager
  • Global experience with Total Rewards, compensation, group benefits, long-term retirement savings, and perks
  • Experience designing programs that support productivity and engagement
  • Experience with data and analytics to demonstrate positive Return on investments
  • Expertise working with Total Rewards, including compensation (base pay, short- and long-term incentive), group benefits, long-term/retirement savings, and perks
  • Experience overseeing the launch of leadership development programs
  • Expertise in working and navigating in a matrix organization/partnership structure
  • Project management skills and prioritization between competing demands
  • Understand the financial impact of recommendations
