When your actions lead to success.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company\'s goals and objectives for our global buniness encompassing North America, Latin America, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.
  • Lead and manage a team of talent acquisition professionals located in multiple sites, providing guidance, mentoring, and feedback.
  • Establish effective partnerships with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand talent needs and develop recruitment pans accordingly.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for technical, hourly, and salaried positions (up to executive level) including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for positions.
  • Actively lead and/or participate in the search and hiring of senior leaders/executives, and also in high volume initiatives.
  • Implement innovative and effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent across different regions, utilizing online platforms, social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Assess and optimize existing tools, technology platforms, and recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness at global scale.
  • Develop a recruitment dashboard, analyze trends uncluding hiring manager feedback, and optimize performance providing transparency regarding progress and successes.
  • Continuously develop, update, and enhance employer branding initiatives across various regions to ptomote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Review and refine the social media strategy to maximize the company\'s presence and attract talent including the development of an international attraction program.
  • Build a successful campus partnership program and skills development strategy enabling a pipeline of talent for key areas of the business.
  • Review and improve the onboarding process to ensure a seamless and positive experience for new hires.
  • Manage vendor relations regarding Talent Acquisition tools and partners.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in talent acquisition, employer branding, D&I, onboarding and social media recruitment.
When your expertise drives us.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a talent acquisition leader in a similar role, with a track record of successfully attracting and hiring top talent accross multiple locations in Canada and USA.
  • A minimum of ten years of successful experience in talent acquisition including demonstrated people management capability.
  • In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakehoders at all levels including executives.
  • Demonstrated abilty to think strategically, develop innovative solutions, and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Action oriented with a proven track record of delivering projects that bring value.
  • Proficient in the implementation and effective use of applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment tools.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in different regions of North America, and a commitment to ethical recruitment practices.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken, as you will be supporting leaders accross multiple regions and countries. Spanish is an asset.
  • Experience recruiting in Latin America, NZ ans US is an asset.
