Immerse yourself in the dynamic world of technology while embracing our collaborative, and inclusive culture.ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAMAs a Senior Consultant, Talent Acquisition Team Lead, you will serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for talent acquisition across the Americas GEO, focusing on the commercial and sales functions within SITA. Acting as a subject matter expert for both North America and LATAM, you will drive recruitment strategies and TA initiatives to support regional business needs.As a member of the Talent Leadership Team, you will play a key role in shaping the end-to-end talent strategy from hire-to-retire. Your contributions will help define processes, ensuring a seamless experience both for candidates and business leaders.Leading a team of two TA consultants, you will play a key role in building a high-performing recruitment function. Additionally, you will lead strategic hiring projects, provide advisory support to the business, and optimize our TA vendor strategy by streamlining and strengthening external agency partnerships. Your expertise in US, Canadian, and LATAM hiring compliance, market trends, and DE&I recruitment will be instrumental in shaping our regional talent strategies.Are you ready to redefine air travel? • Lead and mentor a team of two Talent Acquisition Consultants, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team culture.
• Provide coaching and guidance to the team, ensuring best-in-class hiring practices and professional development.

Strategic Talent Acquisition & Process Optimization

• Act as the strategic TA partner for hiring managers, advising on workforce planning, talent strategies, and recruitment best practices.
• Deliver a consultative and high-quality TA service, ensuring diversity, equal opportunity, and compliance are always upheld.
• Develop structured selection and interview processes, collaborating with hiring managers to align with SITAs competency framework.
• Ensure TA processes are executed consistently, efficiently, and cost-effectively in alignment with organizational policies and standards.
• Recommend and drive improvements in TA systems, processes, and industry best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, enhancing the candidate experience.

Talent Acquisition Business Partnership

• Serve as the Talent Acquisition SPOC for the commercial section of SITA in the AMER region, collaborating closely with the People Business Partner to support resource planning and provide updates on recruitment activities.
• Analyze and report on TA metrics, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in recruitment effectiveness.
• Attend business and HR meetings to provide updates on Talent Acquisition progress and future hiring strategies.
• Maintain a database of key recruitment sources for North America, tracking the most successful and cost-effective hiring channels.

QualificationsBACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of internal talent acquisition experience, preferably in the IT/Telecommunications industry.
• Experience leading and coaching a small team, with a focus on performance and development will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of US and Canadian employment laws, hiring compliance, and labor market trends.
• Demonstrated success in strategic hiring, stakeholder management, and TA advisory roles.
• Experience with DE&I hiring strategies and building diverse talent pipelines.
• Bachelors degree in business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or equivalent.
• HR professional certification (e.g., SHRM, CHRP) will be an advantage
