You will partner with senior leaders and executives from intake, through advising on hiring decisions, ensuring the best talent selection for their team.Is this role right for you? • Progressive recruiter experience, leading initiatives and building recruitment strategies
• The ability to build strategic relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience innovatively sourcing candidates through various channels
• Experience in behavioural interviewing techniques and advising on hiring decisions
• A post-secondary degree or diploma
• Exceptional persuasive verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in French and/or Spanish is considered an asset
