Position: Senior Director of Operations
Location: Pointe-Claire

Responsibilities:
- Lead and maintain the preventive maintenance and site-specific work program.
- Prepare and present cost estimates for parts, equipment, and installation and repair supplies.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all maintenance vendors during maintenance and breakdown/repair
events.
- Ensure staff safety while protecting critical facility equipment.
- Collaborate with colleagues and subordinates to develop required Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs) and Methods of Procedure (MOPs).
- Ensure all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with approved MOPs and critical facility work rules.
- Evaluate system performance and propose cost-effective improvements to enhance service and operational efficiency.
- Manage the collection and generation of on-site service reports from vendors.
- Work with peers and the Site Vice President of Operations to determine and achieve team performance objectives.
- Evaluate and manage performance reviews for all employees.
- Protect and enhance the value of our assets by ensuring that machines and building systems meet or exceed their expected lifespan.
- Prepare operational and capital portions of the site\'s budget.
- Manage contractual service work, including understanding and developing service scopes, bidding, awarding, and administering contracts.
- Maintain a world-class customer service reputation for the company\'s current and future clients.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience, is mandatory.
- At least ten years of experience in supervising maintenance of electromechanical building or facility installations, highly recommended.
- At least ten years of experience in direct management and strong interpersonal skills, highly recommended.
- Strong business acumen
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and building automation systems.
