- Take part in strategic planning and business development by developing and implementing a plan for expanding the company\'s engineering and construction services throughout Saskatchewan
- Lead large construction projects, providing overall direction for engineering and construction services, as well as mentoring other team members, delegating tasks, and managing subcontractors
- Lead project proposal development and negotiations
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients and leading client meetings
- Foster a collaborative and trusting work environment
- 10-plus years of project management experience
- Civil tech diploma or civil engineering degree
- Leadership experience and training (of varying types)
- Construction/carpentry experience is an asset
- Bridge experience is an asset
