What you'll do:
Respond to customer calls and emails with professionalism, empathy, and clarity.
Explain clinic services and guide clients in booking appointments tailored to their travel plans.
Turn complex or frustrating situations into positive, memorable experiences.
Share your ideas and best practices to help improve the overall customer experience.
Proudly represent Summit's mission and values in every interaction.
Build trust with each client from the very first contact.
What we're looking for:
3+ years of experience in customer service
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (in French and English)
Strong empathy, patience, and professionalism
Ability to manage multiple requests calmly, precisely, and efficiently
Team spirit, a sense of responsibility, and initiative
