WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Bilingual Customer Service Agent will be the face of our organization to our customers and work with a winning team! We are proud to be recognized as the #1 vendor in the Core Benchmark Set of the 2023 Advantage Report for the 10th time in the last 11 years.
In this role, you will:

• Respond to customer inquiries through e-mail and over the phone
• Ensure orders are created properly by:

• analyzing and verifying for accuracy
• product availability and order prices
• determining point of shipment based on customer's region and product quantities
• assigning delivery dates to customers
• Work with our carrier partners to review customer inquiries and delivery status
• Collaborate with our sales and distribution teams to ensure that customer orders are on time and accurately fulfilled
