Thentia is a fast-growing SaaS company on a mission to become the market leader in software for regulatory boards and agencies across North America and globally. With deep roots and expertise in the world of regulation and technology, the Senior Content Marketing Specialist will join Thentia\xe2\x80\x99s Marketing Team as we build a world-class content offering to build industry authority and drive pipeline. This role will be to further develop and drive the content marketing across our various target audience segments and rapidly scale content engagement and readership across multiple channels including web, podcast, email, social media. Responsibilities;
Content Strategy & Creation:

  • Work alongside the Growth Marketing team to develop the content marketing strategy to align with the company\xe2\x80\x99s business and pipeline goals
  • In collaboration with the Product and Regulatory teams, develop topics and write engaging content for thentia.com, and a portfolio of top-of-the-funnel content assets (e.g., blogs, articles, case studies, press releases, whitepapers, email copy, etc.)
  • Regularly develop product-oriented content for middle and bottom-of-the-funnel prospects
  • Develop and maintain editorial calendars and content project plans and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Copyedit and review content for messaging, style guidelines, brand consistency and voice to ensure high-quality writing for all Thentia\xe2\x80\x99s marketing content
  • Manage Thentia\xe2\x80\x99s portfolio of newsletters by creating, reviewing, sending weekly and monthly newsletter content pieces via Pardot
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of content marketing efforts, using data and metrics to inform future strategies and decisions
Content Delivery & Engagement:
  • Conceptualize and deploy a strategy for increasing engagement of our content, both internally and externally with our target audience as well as Thentia team members and executives
  • Optimize delivery strategy for content pieces by implementing best practices and testing different approaches, formats and channels
  • Work with our in-house designers to drive readership and engagement of the articles and marketing materials we create with effective visual storytelling (e.g., ideation for infographics, blog visuals, supporting video, podcast audiograms, social images, etc.)
  • Ensuring social media content calendar is reviewed, edited, factual and working collaboratively with the Communications Manager to improve engagement of content on social channels
  • Support the repurposing and re-promotion of existing evergreen content
  • Leverage website analytics, SEO best practices, and our marketing attribution tool, Dreamdata.io, to continuously optimize the content marketing strategy
  • Build and track benchmarks for measuring success and ROI
  • Coordinate with industry partners and other third parties to produce joint content programs
  • Implement new processes and/or tools for the effective creation and distribution of content
  • Work alongside digital marketing team to support in the development and execution of campaigns to drive engagement with content
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in a content marketing or related discipline, preferably in a B2B/technology setting
  • Strategic insight into the current state and future direction of content and consumption trends in North America
  • Natural storyteller with flawless writing skills and the demonstrated ability to adapt to the appropriate tone of voice for different audience personas (e.g., government, investors, etc.)
  • Some background in regulatory affairs, regulation, government, policy, legislation, and related fields
  • Must have diverse portfolio of writing samples with an ability to write effective, insight-oriented articles that put the reader first
  • Strong understanding of SEO and how it contributes to but does not trump a capacity to write excellent articles for human audiences
  • Ability to assess, optimize and interpret content performance
  • Ability to use content planning, coordination, and publishing tools such as WordPress, Wrike, Pardot, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, Office, etc.
  • Experience using Ahreds, Semrush, and Screaming Frog is a plus
