StoneRidge Insurance Brokers is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst who excels at supporting internal stakeholders by analyzing numbers, coordinating with teams, and providing actionable insights and recommendations. Pay:

From $90,000 annually

What You Will Do:

Develop robust data models and integrate multiple data sources (policy, claims, financial, operational) using Google BigQuery to ensure consistency and accuracy across all reporting. Design and build interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI that provide real-time visibility into branch performance, profitability, and operational metrics. Work closely with Applied Epic and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient data extraction and integration into Google BigQuery, maintaining data quality and consistency for BI reporting. Develop and enforce data quality and governance frameworks in compliance with privacy regulations and internal policies. Implement forecasting, trend analysis, and predictive models using tools such as Python or R to identify growth opportunities, risks, and emerging market patterns.

What You Bring:

Advanced proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualizations). Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation. Experience with Google BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ELT/ETL processes. Programming experience in Python or R for analytics. High attention to detail, data accuracy, and strong organizational skills in developing methodologies and models. Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental and external stakeholder engagement.

Education & Experience:

Mandatory: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) Preferred: Google Cloud Digital Leader or Professional Data Engineer. SQL certification or equivalent. Optional: Microsoft DP-600 (Power BI Fabric Analytics Engineer). 5-7+ years of BI experience, with at least 3 years in Power BI and SQL. Experience with Google Cloud (BigQuery) and cloud-based BI solutions. Proven track record of leading BI transformation initiatives.
