About YOU

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join us in the role of Senior Architectural Technologist. The successful candidate will work in an open and collaborative environment on a on a diverse range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

As part of the project team, this individual will:


Prepare and produce well coordinated architectural drawing packages in Revit. Lead consultant meetings and coordination. Provide technical assistance in conducting research, preparing drawings, and specifications. Implement the project as directed by, or in consultation with, the project team. Supervise the deliverables associated with the projects. Collaborate with and may mentor junior staff.

Qualifications:

Minimum seven (7) years experience. Experience in multi-unit residential projects would be considered an asset. Comprehensive knowledge of laws and regulations related to the construction industry. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of architectural building systems Proactive problem solver, task oriented with good time management skills. Strong coordination and organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit and BIM. Excellent knowledge of sustainability practices would be considered an asset, or willingness to learn
