THE ROLE

As a

Senior Architectural Technologist / Project Lead

, you'll be the driving force behind our exciting projects.

Lead multiple projects from concept through construction, ensuring excellence at every stage. Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables while serving as the primary client liaison. Oversee and coordinate with consultants, municipalities, and builders. Mentor and collaborate with other team members, fostering technical accuracy and professional growth. Ensure all designs align with codes, bylaws, and constructability standards. Support conceptual and design development alongside our design directors.

Experience:

7+ years in residential design, including project leadership.

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in Revit (strongly preferred) or other BIM software; ability to produce accurate, detailed construction drawings.

Regulatory Knowledge:

In-depth familiarity with Calgary's Land Use Bylaw, Development Permit, and Building Permit processes (experience with other municipalities an asset).

Leadership:

Strong communicator who can confidently guide clients and mentor team members.

Organization:

Skilled at juggling multiple projects and deadlines with ease.
