Senior Advisor, Workforce Planning
Description:
The Senior Advisor, Workforce Planning is an advanced Human Resources specialist professional. The Senior Advisor develops and maintains strong working relationships with HR Business Partnerships and other key stakeholders in order to operationalize AHS' health human resources (HHR) strategy. The role will provide strategic and operational workforce planning services that use analytic, forecasting and planning strategies, frameworks and processes that connects and directs workforce planning activities to ensure AHS has the right people with the right skills in the right place at the right time to carry out its organizational strategies. The position facilitates and informs the development of strategies, based on research, evidence, and standards to maximize the productivity of the Alberta Health Services workforce in support of AHS business strategies. The Senior Advisor will work to develop workforce planning frameworks and tools that will enable Human Resources Business Partnerships lead their clients through operational and strategic workforce planning processes and projects.
