Your Opportunity:

The Senior Advisor, Talent Development role is critical to meeting organizational strategic goals; recognized as a pivotal role in the development and engagement of leaders and employees. The Senior Advisor is responsible for the assessment, facilitation and supporting the development and evaluation process of organization-wide learning and talent development opportunities. As an advanced facilitation specialist, specific focus is required in support of the Talent Management Strategies\' (TMS) vision to attract, develop, advance and sustain a capable and engaged workforce.

Description:

Working at an advanced facilitation level to address complex target audiences engaged in learning and developmental opportunities, the Senior Advisor identifies innovative solutions to address specific situations based on a foundational best practice solutions established through the Organizational Effectiveness portfolio within Talent Management Strategies. Outcomes of the Senior Advisor\'s activities include: Effective delivery of planned learning opportunities that are specifically aligned with a leadership development program deemed to address organizational priorities. Working closely with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP), assess, collaborate and facilitate innovate solutions that support leaders and/or teams towards optimal performance. Assess and determine a developmental approach that meets the needs of leaders and teams through a service request assessment process for Leadership and Team Effectiveness services. Facilitation of significant change management initiatives/processes. Act as coach or mentor for HRBP and/or leaders in the exploration of innovative learning & developmental solutions.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in Adult Education, Integrated Studies, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development or related field. Certification in Adult Education, Conflict Management and/or Coaching.
Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years\' experience in a field related of adult learning or process facilitation with at least 2 years\' experience in an organization of significant size and complexity, and 2 years working at the Senior Advisor level in a \'generalist\' capacity. Advanced adult learning, facilitation, consulting, coaching, and leadership skills. Comprehensive knowledge of principles of employee, leadership and team development. In-depth understanding in the use of evidence-based research in facilitating positive outcomes. Knowledge of change management processes. Able to work independently, be innovative and self-confident.
Preferred Qualifications:

Preference Given to master\'s prepared in Adult Education or related field. Relevant certifications/designations: CHRP, CSTD, CACE, CCM, PROSCI, ACC, PCC or other related field to maintain currency and proficiency.
