We are seeking compassionate and dedicated ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Senior Therapists to provide specialized support to children with developmental and behavioral needs. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving communication, social skills, and daily functioning. Responsibilities
Implement evidence-based ABA therapy programs tailored to each child's unique needs
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior during therapy sessions
Collaborate with families, case managers, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
Assist in developing and adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and research findings
Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and other required records
Support children in developing communication, social, and adaptive skills through engaging activities
Adhere to all safety protocols and ethical guidelines
Requirements
Prior experience working with children in clinical or educational settings is preferred
Knowledge of pediatric development, special education, or related fields is advantageous
Strong data collection skills and ability to analyze behavioral trends effectively
Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills are essential for working with children and families
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
Must have completed or currently completing Masters in ABA or related field
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
