We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Liaison to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and guests. This position requires a proactive approach to conflict management, surveillance, and loss prevention while maintaining an upbeat and professional demeanor at all times. The Security Liaison will serve as the primary point of contact for security-related matters and will collaborate closely with staff, law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.

Responsibilities

Monitor and assess security systems, including CCTV and surveillance equipment, to ensure optimal performance. Conduct regular patrols of the facility to deter potential security breaches and identify any suspicious activities. Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, utilizing first aid and CPR skills as needed. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies, providing necessary documentation and support. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and ensure the safety of company assets. Manage conflicts effectively by employing conflict management techniques to de-escalate tense situations. Maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, and actions taken during shifts. Provide training and guidance to staff on security protocols and emergency procedures.

Requirements

Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred. Familiarity with surveillance systems (CCTV) and loss prevention techniques. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
