Synergy Protection Group Inc. is seeking a dedicated, professional Tactical Security Guard with a passion for safety and public service. This role involves critical duties such as managing security incidents, responding to emergencies, and enforcing trespass policies to ensure the safety of assigned sites. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular patrols and monitor assigned sites to ensure a safe environment Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, de-escalating situations as needed Enforce the Trespass to Property Act, including physical removal of trespassers or those engaging in criminal activities Document daily activities, unusual incidents, and equipment issuance in logbooks Respond to emergency calls, utilizing conflict resolution and de-escalation skills to maintain order Perform other related duties as needed to support site security

What You'll Bring:

Valid Ontario Security Guard license and Use of Force certification (mandatory) Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent education/experience At least two years of security experience, with preference for tactical or similar roles Strong knowledge of security policies and relevant legislation (e.g., Criminal Code, Trespass to Property Act, Fire Code, WHMIS) Proficiency with mobile communication devices and report-writing Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and crisis management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills
