Halloween Alley is Canada's locally owned Halloween superstore -- where costumes, decor, and spooky fun come together! We're looking for a reliable, observant, and friendly Security Guard to help ensure our customers and staff enjoy a safe and positive shopping experience during our busy Halloween season.

Job Responsibilities

Maintain a visible presence at the front of the store to deter theft and ensure customer safety. Greet customers as they enter and monitor customer flow throughout the store. Watch for suspicious activity and respond calmly and professionally to potential issues. Assist store staff with crowd control during peak times and special events. Follow all company procedures when handling incidents or emergencies. Provide reports on any security concerns, damages, or incidents to management.

Requirements

Previous experience in security, retail loss prevention, or customer service preferred. Must be observant, assertive, and able to remain calm under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a busy retail environment. Flexible availability -- evenings, weekends, and Halloween week are required. Must be 18 years of age or older.
