Seaflora Skincare is a second-generation, family-run business based in Sooke, BC. For 25 years, we've been hand-harvesting wild seaweed, sea mud, and sea salts along the pristine shores of Vancouver Island. We are trusted by luxury spas and clean beauty lovers across North America. Position Overview



We are looking for a

Store & Content Manager

to lead both our retail store and our digital presence. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, loves connecting with people in person and online.

You'll be the welcoming face of our retail store while also building our brand presence through engaging content, social media, and creative storytelling.

Duties



Retail Store Management (attracting new customers, helping with product knowledge, skin routine suggestions, upselling, marketing the store locally) Open the store daily; keep it clean, on-brand, and guest-ready. Operate POS machine, updating prices and editing the menu

Social Media & Content



AI Prompt Engineering, Prompt Frameworks, Build AI workflows, Workflow automation and AI Agents to streamline content. Create Brand Faces and Influencers with AI. Create AI Clones to perform lives. Learn/master the tools we use and stay current on new ones. Write engaging blogs; create graphics/infographics/videos. Create, test and schedule content. Strategize campaigns for new product launches, sale promotions, special events and more. Collaborate with Seaflora partners and distributors on social media and for growing our online audience through Giveaways and more. Record and produce brand content; host live sessions every two weeks.

Team Contribution



Pitch in where needed (e.g., packaging, production); share ideas to improve how we operate. Maintain displays, replace testers, stock shelves, and uphold a premium presentation. Drive traffic and increase average spend; answer phones, emails, and help walk-ins.

Requirements



Proficient in AI (Chat, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) and workflow automation (Zapier, String, Make) Proven experience in retail management or a similar role with a strong focus on exceptional customer experience. Proficiency in content management systems and as scheduling softwares like Metricool and Repurpose. Experience creating content with Sora, Chat, Gemini VEO3, Canva, Midjourney, Lensgo, Adobe Suite and the like. You will be required to stay up to date with new software. Familiarity with digital marketing campaign development and execution, including email marketing, content strategy, and LLM training. Strong graphic design skills for print and digital. Excellent communication skills with the ability to assist a variety of customers. Analytical mindset with experience in utilizing Analytics for performance tracking. Ability to adapt to changing market trends and implement innovative solutions. AI prompt engineering and prompt frameworks Experience with photography, videography and director of photography skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,440.00-$41,600.00 per year
