As a Scheduler, you will contribute to the success of our company by scheduling the Shuttlers to deliver fleet amongst the Avis and Budget locations throughout the city, according to the needs of the business. What you will do:

• Ability to field high volume of calls. Accurately enters Shuttlers info into routing software program.
• Send and receive messages; authorizes changes in cases of Shuttler take days off.
• Maintains written and computer-generated logs of all service requests;
• Cancels shift and enters No Shows in routing software program.
• Responds to all calls and service requests promptly and with courtesy;
• Performs a variety of office tasks to assist in Shuttling operations.
• Performs other clerical duties as assigned to maintain operations of department.
• Enter Daily Log sheet in Excel
• Enter premium lead pay daily.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be available to work in office Monday to Friday 8hrs shift between 7:30AM to 6PM
• Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license with a good driving record
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Minimum 1 year of car rental or dispatch experience (preferred)
• Working knowledge of the Wizard operating system (preferred)
