• Provide customer service in the Scale House for customers entering and exiting the facility.
• Provide information clearly and/or assistance regarding rules, regulations and operating procedures to customers using the facility
• Weigh incoming loads and calculate rates based on load content
• Direct customers in a personable and friendly manner to appropriate areas
• Use various computer systems, including P.O.S
• Balance the daily receipts to ensure accurate record keeping and appropriate billing
• Complete & assist in physical labour on site
• Actively and consistently ensure site is clean by loading and unloading materials, and removing hazards
• Organize recycled materials from work sites
• Take delivery of materials and waste from suppliers
• Remove debris and trash on site using wheelbarrows
• Load and move dirt, rocks, equipment, and materials
• Perform other duties as required

Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications and experience:

• Proven ability to work safely and promote a safe working environment adhering to Milner Group's safety policies
• A valid Class 5 Driver's License
• Previous labourer experience is considered an asset
• Previous experience in a customer service role an asset
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Skid Steer experience is an asset
