You are:

A transformation maestro with tons of experience helping clients meet the challenges of digitization. You\xe2\x80\x99re in your element using your know-how to solve clients\xe2\x80\x99 most complex business problems and helping their companies do more. You\xe2\x80\x99re as comfortable leading teams and projects as you are talking to senior managers and clients. And as a Delivery Lead, you know that your decisions will have a lasting impact, and you\xe2\x80\x99ve got the leadership skills to handle the pressure.

The work:

Manage the delivery of large SAP and Application landscape with client specific applications, complex projects using our delivery frameworks, and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.

Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems

Help set the strategy for near-term goals

Work with leaders at our client and/or at Accenture \xe2\x80\x93 and be ready to negotiate or communicate persuasively on key issues

Use your judgment to assess risks and find the right mitigation

Lead large teams and/or projects at a client or at Accenture

Here\xe2\x80\x99s what you need:

Minimum 7 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience

Minimum 5 years of experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on an SAP transformational projects with on- and off-shore resources

A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree

English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company\'s activities to avoid this requirement.

Bonus points if:

You have strong knowledge of SuccessFactors module integrations

You\xe2\x80\x99ve completed certification in more than one additional SuccessFactors modules (RCM, Learning Management, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Succession)

You grasp the ins and outs of implementation strategy approaches and leading practices for specific workstreams (Data Conversion, Testing and Functional/Technical Integrations)

You have integration experience of SuccessFactors to SAP HR On-Prem and other third-party vendors
