What will your typical day look like?

As a SAP SuccessFactors Solution Lead, your typical day will include:

• Facilitating the rollout and adoption of SAP SuccessFactors as the new Deloitte Global HRIS to offices around the world
• Leading discussions with key stakeholders in global Deloite offices to support engagement activities, localization workshops and adoption of SuccessFactors
• Acting as a key advisor and subject matter expert on functional requirements and key program decisions to global offices
• Leading client facing and technical delivery teams to ensure the efficient elicitation and implementation of business solution functional requirements and non-functional requirements
• Providing leading-practice recommendations on standardized SuccessFactors implementation methodology and deployment activities
• Being accountable for the definition of the SuccessFactors implementation for the local Deloitte office including decisions on module configuration and integration to local office systems (payroll, benefits compensation, employee portal, etc\xe2\x80\xa6)
• Being responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of necessary escalations, applicable project metrics and status reporting within a project team and to client stakeholders for your area of responsibility
• Be open to ten percent (10%) travel

As a Solution Lead, you bring:

• Past experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations related to configuration and integrations.
• Excellent organization, analytical, planning, leadership skills, robust communication, technical and remote collaboration skills
• Experience in dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams and ability to coordinate across teams in a large matrix organization environment Strong relationship building and consulting skills
• A climate conducive to establishing positive working relationships with clients and cross functional team members
• Knowledge of SAFe methodology
• SAP SuccessFactors Certifications (preferred)
• SharePoint and automated QA tools is a plus CMST, CMSQ, CBAP or CCBA certifications (preferred)
• Experience working with SAFe development processes SAFe Scrum master certification (preferred)
