You Are:

You\xe2\x80\x99re comfortable diving into the details of workstreams and identifying the target technical and landscape architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire team members to bring their A-game.

The Work:

Work with clients to understand their business needs and requirements, and provide expert guidance on the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions

Translate technical concepts into functional client-facing language, both verbally and in written format

Develop solution architecture and design documents that align with client needs and business objectives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful implementations of SAP SuccessFactors solutions through integrations with other systems

Perform quality assurance and testing on solutions to ensure they meet client requirements and are operating effectively

Provide technical expertise and support to clients during and after the implementation process

Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SAP SuccessFactors and related technologies, and proactively share knowledge with the team and clients

Here\xe2\x80\x99s what you need:

Minimum 4 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience

Minimum 2 years working with SuccessFactors to SAP integrations (replication, P2P, etc.)

Minimum 2 years of experience in coordinating the completion of project deliverables, e.g. Functional and Technical specifications documents, etc.

SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central

English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our North America Market. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company\'s activities to avoid this requirement.

Bonus points if:

You\xe2\x80\x99re certified in SAP SuccessFactors Core Hybrid

You\xe2\x80\x99re certified more than one additional SuccessFactors modules (Recruitment Management, Learning Management, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Succession)

You\xe2\x80\x99ve got experience executing and supporting testing phases and defect management

You have experience configuring replication to SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
